What we Believe
As a church we believe in God who is Lord over all things – without Him we can do nothing. It is God alone we worship, and to Him we give all the praise and glory. We stand firmly on the Gospel set forth in the Bible, which is central to our beliefs. There is only one Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone offers forgiveness of sin and peace with God.
Our Purpose
Immanuel exists to glorify God. We seek to do this by:
- Joining together in heartfelt worship.
- Applying the Word of God to our lives.
- Seeking His will through prayer as we live for Him each day.
- Making the gospel known at home and supporting opportunities abroad.
- Showing God’s unconditional love to everyone we meet.
