We understand it can be a daunting thing to visit a church for the first time, so at Immanuel Presbyterian Church we try to make everything as simple and straightforward as possible by letting you know exactly what to expect.
Sunday Worship Services
We open on a Sunday morning at 11am and the service begins at 11:30am and on a Sunday evening at 6.00pm and the service begins at 6.30pm and both services usually follow the following format:
We start with a welcome and announcements to let everyone know what’s happening in the church that coming week. We sing songs of praise and read a passage from the bible and we have a children’s slot where the kids are invited up to the front for a bible story.
The speaker for that week will say prayers and give a relevant, Bible-based talk.
The whole service lasts about an hour.
As a church we do everything we can to prioritise children and make them feel at home in our church family. On a Sunday morning we provide additional facilities for all children from 0-10 years old.
